BU Memories Workshop: Chuột Đất Books Spreads Sweet Moments with Parents and Children

On May 30 and 31, 2026, the “BU Memories – Sweet Moments With BU” Workshop, organised by BU Baby, was successfully held in Hanoi. As a supporting sponsor, Chuột Đất Books brought a laughter-filled Multisensory Reading Station to the programme. Held just before International Children’s Day, the event was not only a lively playground but also a meaningful space for family bonding, where hundreds of families came together to create and preserve magical childhood memories.

International Children’s Day is an opportunity for us to give children the very best. Throughout the two-day event, the Chuột Đất Books experience booth on the second floor of 478 Minh Khai brought this philosophy to life in the most joyful and meaningful way.
The Magical Experience Booth by Chuột Đất Books
From the very first hours of opening, the Chuột Đất Books booth received an enthusiastic welcome from parents and young children aged between six months and three years.
Children Eagerly “Touched” the Real World with Their Own Hands
Instead of bright yet distant digital screens, the Chuột Đất Books booth captivated children through real, hands-on sensory experiences. Parents and children practised the secret “two-finger technique” together, bringing the soft Little Horse fabric puppet to life. They also eagerly opened the sturdy interactive pages to solve the mysteries in What’s Inside the Tummy? The children’s surprised exclamations and radiant smiles as they interacted with the books offered clear proof that when children are introduced to books that feel familiar and suit their developmental stage, a love of reading can grow naturally.
A Thinking Challenge at the Interactive Puzzle Area
Alongside the reading activities, the interactive puzzle area at the Chuột Đất Books booth also became a “magnet” for young visitors. As they arranged the colourful puzzle pieces independently, the children had opportunities to practise fine motor skills, improve hand coordination and develop logical thinking. Many parents were delighted and surprised to see their usually energetic children remain focused at the Chuột Đất Books booth for such a long time without asking for a phone or iPad.
